Temporary Shipping Update: April–May 2026

Snowy Owl Tea will be welcoming a new baby owl this spring! As Tara takes maternity leave to spend time with the newest member of the nest, online tea orders placed between April 1 and May 31, 2026 will be packed and shipped once per week on Fridays. Orders placed during the week will be included in that Friday’s shipment window.

Our brick and mortar tea shop hours, staffing, and product availability at the Niagara Food Terminal will remain unchanged, so you’re always welcome to stop by in person during regular hours.

At Snowy Owl Arts + Tea House, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and shipped as efficiently as possible. Below are the shipping policies for Snowy Owl Tea (snowyowltea.com) and clothing or merchandise orders placed through Snowy Owl Arts + Tea House (snowyowlart.com).

Tea Orders

Orders for Snowy Owl Tea are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of order placement. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Clothing & Other Merchandise Orders

Orders for clothing and merchandise are fulfilled by our dropshipping provider, Tapstitch. Estimated shipping times vary based on your location and Tapstitch's fulfillment timelines, with most orders being delivered within 9-14 business days.

Important Considerations
  • Shipping estimates exclude local holidays, unavoidable delays (e.g., extreme weather or global events), and incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Custom product production time is not included in the shipping estimates provided.

  • For the most accurate estimate of your merchandise delivery, we recommend using the tracking number sent to you following purchase via email.
